The 3rd edition for men & 1st edition for women in the discipline of Naga Wrestling as part of the ongoing 38th Meet 2025 of the Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) took place today at Phek Town.
The event was managed by Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA).
Chizovoyi Soho, president, VDB Union, RD Block Phek unfurled the CWA as an act of commencement of the event while CWA president Vezohü Rüho delivered the welcome address.
The event was led by CWA vice president Zazhota Dawhuo while Khriisazo Nyekha, Associate Pastor, Phek Town Baptist Church invoked God’s blessings.
CWA assistant technical secretary, Pozoto Shijoh administered oath to the wrestlers.
The winners in different categories were awarded with cash prize sponsored by VDB Union, Phek RD Block
