YouthNet conducts one-day training 

Dimapur, September 2 (MExN): 90.8 Hills FM ‘one of the first’ community radio station in the State will be launched on September 8. Imali Hesso, Managing Director of the radio station mentioned in an update that YouthNet conducted one-day training for the personnel of 90.8 Hills FM at Hotel Senti in Dimapur on September 2.

“Being an upcoming company, the management saw it as a perfect time to upgrade the work culture of its employees,” Hesso stated adding that the training was a much-needed programme for team building purposes, which will benefit everybody in the company.  

Tsepila Zhimomi, Manager for Training and Talent Management, YouthNet speaking about the training informed that the programme is specifically designed for professionalism in the workplace. Zhimomi elaborated on how each member plays a very significant role in any organization and company, and how each one should complement the other. 

Razouvikhol Luho, Head, Business Development & Corporate Communication, YouthNet spoke on the professional skills development at workplace. Luho maintained that each individual and staff is leaders in his/her own capacity and that each is a leader, irrespective of the work designation. He stressed on proper communication skills and how each individual has lots of potential tapped inside.

The session was divided into two segments where professional skills upgradation, communication skills, leadership skills and the importance of team work were taught, besides team building activities. 

Yogen Chettri, a Radio Jockey remarked that the training was very ‘concise’ and very well ‘curated’, with very knowledgeable and experienced instructors. Senti, a Content Writer shared that the program was very informative and engaging, and well worth it.
