Nagaland band Trance Effect opens for Def Leppard

Dimapur, March 26 (MExN): Emerging rock band Trance Effect from Nagaland delivered a high-energy opening performance for legendary rock band Def Leppard in Shillong, drawing enthusiastic response from the audience.

The band set the tone for the evening with an energetic act that saw the crowd dancing and jumping along.

During the soundcheck, Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen interacted with Trance Effect members Tako Chang and Temsujungba Jamir. Impressed by their performance, he inquired about their tones and equipment and appreciated their guitar work.

Trance Effect concluded their set with their popular track “More Love”.

Following the concert, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma invited the band to perform at a special gathering, where they presented original songs “Favourite Mistake” and “New Beginning”, impressing delegates and guests.

The performance marked a significant milestone for the band as it continues to gain recognition in the music scene.
