Changtongya, October 2 (MExN): The Changtongya Volleyball Association (CVA), on October 2, informed that it will be organising the inaugural Imonungba Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Trophy from November 8-10, 2022. The matches will be played at the Public Ground, Changtongya Town.
In this connection, the CVA has invited Nagaland-based teams and clubs to participate in the open tournament. Interested teams and clubs from Nagaland can register for the trophy with a registration fee of Rs 3000.
A press release from the Association informed that championship carries a cash prize of Rs 80,000 for the first prize along with running trophy and citation while 1st Runner-up will win Rs 40,000.
Each losing semi finalist team will receive Rs 10,000.
The trophy also carries individual cash prize of Rs 5000 each for Best Spiker, Best Setter, Best Libero and Player of Tournament.
