Nagaland: CII donates 468 BP instrument to DoH&FW

Kohima, September 26 (MExN): The handing over programme of 468 BP instruments, in support of COVID-19 relief and rehabilitation initiative, was held at IDSP Hall Directorate of Health & Family Welfare (DoH&FW), Nagaland on September 26.

This donation was purchase in consultation with DoH&FW officials and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) aimed to help out the needy section of the State, an update from the IEC Bureau, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland informed. 

DoH&FW Principal Director, Dr K Vikato Kinimi acknowledged the kind gestures on behalf of the department and handed Letter of Appreciation to CII Nagaland Branch. He further mentioned that the department looks forward for support in the future too.

Hokhuli Sema, chairperson CII Nagaland State Council & CEO Faith Hospital Dimapur addressed the program and highlighted the formation of CII and its objectives. She mentioned that it is an honor to contribute for the welfare of all the people.

Chuba Ozukum, State Head CII Nagaland Branch Kohima gave introductory note and expressed that the donation was intended to be given earlier but due to global pandemic and other inconveniences it was delayed. He however mentioned that the council is happy to donate the instruments in presence of Departments’ officials.
