Nagaland: Congress discusses forthcoming State general elections

Kohima, August 2 (MExN): The 9th Kohima Town Assembly Constituency Congress Committee (ACCC) officials and party workers held Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) President, K Therie in presence of the NPCC Working President, Khriedi Theünuo at Congress Bhavan, Kohima on August 2.   

KDCC Media Cell in a press release stated that during the meeting, discussions were held on the forthcoming state general elections, fielding a winning Congress candidate in the constituency and reactivating the party functionaries at all levels.

NPCC President, Therie and Working President, Theünuo exhorted the Congress leaders and workers of the constituency.

The meeting was chaired by 9th Kohima Town ACCC President, Ako Zhasa, KDCC, Vice President i/c 9th Kohima Town ACCC, N Meren Longchar offered prayer while 9th Kohima Town ACCC, General Secretary, Yekiye said the vote of thanks. 

Later, Therie accompanied by working president, other NPCC officials, KDCC officials and president Kevi Vizo held a meeting on the same line with 8th Western Angami ACCC at Sechü-Zubza Council Hall.

The meeting was also attended by village council leaders and public.
