
Kohima, May 11 (DIPR): Nagaland Chief Secretary, Temjen Toy, IAS convened a meeting for the Administrative Heads of Departments on May 10 at the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima.
The Chief Secretary said that the Government has decided not to entertain condonation of over-age employees but, however the Departments are sending proposals to the P&AR Department for consideration. Therefore, he requested the Departments to refrain after window period is over. In this regard, the Commissioner & Secretary to CM, P&AR and Tourism, Abhishek Singh, IAS informed the officers to submit the related pending cases at the earliest.
Relating to a meeting of the state legislators held recently for better functioning of Government, the Chief Secretary reiterated about the discussion wherein he requested the Administrative Heads of Departments to keep respective registers. He stressed on an ideal movement of file handling from AHoD-Advisor-Chief Minister and vice versa. He asked the AHoDs to maintain prerequisites such as note sheets and mark sheets.
For easy co-ordination and smooth implementation of various Government schemes, the Chief Secretary requested all the Departments to prepare the details of the Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) pertaining to the Departments and submit it to his office at the earliest.
