ABANDONED: The half-constructed residential quarter for the teachers of Government High School (GHS) Ngawalwa, Peren lies unattended. According to Chairperson of the Ngwalwa village, the construction of the building was a time-bound project and was meant to be completed within 8 months. After the first installment on May 20, 2020, despite several appeals for the second installment, the concerned authority turned a deaf ear to the plea, interrupting the continuation of the construction work and bringing it to a standstill, the Chairperson stated in a press release on August 7.
