Kohima, January 19 (MExN): The Governor of Assam and Nagaland, Prof Jagdish Mukhi has extended festive greetings to Khiamniungan community on the occasion ofKhaozaosie-Hok-Ah festival.
“This festival advocates peaceful co-existence, friendship and reconciliation. It is a time of thanksgiving for the year's harvest,” the Governor said his greetings, adding that it also provides a platform for the youngsters to learn the rich and unique cultural values of the Khiamniungans.
“On this auspicious occasion, I wish you all happiness, good health and a prosperous life,” he added.
