Nagaland Govt effects minor reshuffle of top bureaucrats

Kohima, March 8 (MExN): The Nagaland Government, on March 8, effected a minor reshuffle in top level of State’s bureaucrats, with some getting additional charges, while other were transferred on promotion. 

A notification issued by the State Chief Secretary J Alam informed that it included additional charge of Justice & Law Department for Abhijit Sinha, the current State’s Home Commissioner. 

The incumbent Commissioner and Secretary of J&L department, R Ramakrishnan is proceeding on central deputation.  
Meanwhile, Imokaba Jamir, Commissioner & Secretary of Planning & Co-Ordination was also given the additional charge of Evaluation Department.

Chubasangla Anar,  Commissioner & Secretary, Land Revenue and food & Civil Supplies was also conferred the additional charge of P&AR department due to Ramakrishnan’s departure. 

Likewise, R Asenla Keitzar, Commissioner & Secretary, Labour & Employment Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, shall hold additional charge of Environment Forest & Climate Change. 

The reshuffle also included transfer of Martha R Ritse  as Commissioner & Secretary, Social Welfare, from  Commissioner & Secretary, Land Resources on promotion.  

Peter Lichamo  DC, Zunheboto has also been  transferred and posted as Secretary, Home, while DC Mokochung, Limawabang Jamir on promotion is transferred and posted as Secretary, School Education. 

Shashank Pratap Singh, ADC, Mokokchung is posted as DC Mokokchung while  Rahul Bhanudas Mali, ADC, Kiphire is transferred and posted as DC Zunheboto. 

ADC Chümoukedima, Temsuwati Longkumer is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Home while Dr Kuzonyi Wideo, SDO(C), Suruhuto on promotion is brought in as his replacement.
