Kohima, September 27 (MExN): In continuation to the Finance Department’s letter dated June 17, 2022, Commissioner & Secretary, Finance, V Kezo through a notification dated September 27, 2022, has informed all concerned that the Arrear Modules in e-PayBill have been developed and installed.
Henceforth, all payments of arrears such as Less Drawn, MACP and Dearness Allowance should be done through the respective modules only, Kezo informed through a DIPR report. Further, Leave Encashment, Medical Re-imbursement and GPF modules are also made available, and their payments should be through these modules in e-PayBill only.
For the purpose of drawing Dearness Allowance arrears, the departments are advised to present the bills either through any of the following methods: DA arrear (By formula); DA arrear (Simplified). “The instructions shall come into immediate effect,” Kezo notified.
