Nagaland: NCC personnel and meritorious cadets honoured

Kohima, February 10 (MExN): Maj Gen Gagan Deep, ADG, NCC Directorate NER visited NCC Group Headquarters Kohima on February 8. During the visit, official matters were discussed and NCC personnel and meritorious cadets were felicitated by the ADG, stated a press release issued by N Nianghauching, Maj Offg Commanding Officer, 1 Naga Girls BN NCC. 

GCI Masaco Ningthoujam and GCI Kiyam Nonika Devi of 1 Nagaland Girls Bn NCC excelled in the PRCN 109-cum- GCI 35 course at NCC OTA Gwalior w.e.f April 11 to July 24, 2022. They were felicitated for commanding and piloting the passing out parade respectively. 

SUO Kenlumle, and CPL Rekuyiheule of St Joseph’s College (A) Jakhama, JUO Mhasirienuo Phewhuo of Tetso College (SW) Chümoukedima and CDT Teisozhanuo Gabriella Richa of Little Flower School, Kohima, all affiliated to 1 Nagaland Girls Bn NCC, Kohima and SGT Bokai K Zhimo of Tetso college (SD) Chümoukedima affiliated to 24 Naga (I) Coy NCC, Kohima recently attended the NCC Republic Day Camp 2023 at New Delhi w.e.f January 1 to 29, 2023. The cadets were felicitated for their outstanding performances in the camp.

JUO Vizhasieno Vikhrie of Kohima College affiliated to 1 Naga Girls Bn NCC Kohima attended the Thal Sainik Camp 2022 at New Delhi and the Para Basic Course 2022 at AATS, Agra. She was also felicitated for her outstanding performance in the Para Basic Course 2022 where she was awarded the Best Cadet (SW).
