
Chief veterinary officers to collect CSF-CP
Kohima, February 26 (MExN): The Director, AH & Veterinary Services, Nagaland Dr Mudozo Sahire has informed all the Chief veterinary officers to collect Classical Swine Fever (CSF-CP) 2nd phase for the year 2017-18 to carry out pre monsoon vaccination. The Director in a press release informed, vaccines should be collected from the Directorate during office working hour. Chief Veterinary officers are to bring their own Vaccine carrier.
DC Dimapur assembles nodal officers for LS polls
Dimapur, February 26 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Kevekha Kevin Zehol convened a meeting of all Nodal officers in charge of various teams for conduct of elections to Lok Sabha 2019. The meeting was held on February 25 in the conference Hall of DC Dimapur. DC Zehol, who is also the District Election Officer Dimapur reminded the officers to contribute their best for successful conduct of the Lok Sabha polls and cautioned that request for exemption of election duties would not be entertained. He advised the officials in charge of transport to keep the requisition papers ready so that vehicles could be requisitioned as and when the election date is announced.
Mkg Chief Medical Office shifted
Mokokchung, February 26 (MExN): Deputy Chief Medical Officer Mokokchung, Dr Kibangkumba has informed in a press release that the office of the Chief Medical Office has been shifted to the new complex behind Town Hall in Sangtemla Ward, Mokokchung.
NSCN (IM) welcomes home comers
Dimapur, February 26 (MExN): Fourteen officials belonging to the civil and army wings of NSCN (U) shifted allegiance to NSCN (IM) and were administered the oath on February 26. A press release issued by MIP, GPRN said that reception and prayer meeting was held at Council Headquarters (CHQ), Hebron to welcome them. The home comers included a Kilonser, two Deputy Kilonsers, two Leacys, a RazouPeyu, two Brigadiers, a Colonel, two Captains, a Lieutenant, a Corporal & Under Secretary. The NSCN (IM) appreciated and accepted the home comers “for finding the Naga mainstream.”
DC Mkg informs arms licence holders
Mokokchung, February 26 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Rajesh Soundararajan has informed all concerned public of Mokokchung District that the National Database of Arms Licence (NDAL) has been re-opened. A DIPR news informed all arms licence holders who are yet to obtain the Unique Identification Number (UIN) to do so from the office of the Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung before March 31. It further informed that without the UIN, all arms licence will be rendered invalid.
