VFA trainees asked to attend meeting Kohima, August 20 (MExN): All unemployed regular Veterinary Field Assistant (VFA) trainees have been called to attend the general meeting on August 22 at Khonoma Rüfüno Hall, D Block. ANCSU to organise seminar on skill development Kohima, August 20 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) in association with Cooperation department, Government of Nagaland is organizing one day seminar on skill development at Molu Ki, Merhülietsa colony, Kohima on August 26. B. Bumo Khiamniungan, Additional RCS Nagaland will speak on the topic ‘Empowerment of youth through cooperatives.’ Introduction on skill development will be made by Ketholenuo Soleho, Project Officer, NCUI, while keynote address will be delivered by ANCSU president, Temjennungsang Jamir. Naga Students’ Federation will also share greetings. The seminar will witness practical demonstration on mixed pickle, detergent washing powder, and cleaning gel making. Razeba range teachers’ conference Kohima, August 20 (MExN): A one day conference for Razeba range teachers under the aegis of SCERT Nagaland in collaboration with Village Education Committee, Razeba will take place on September 9 at St. John School Razeba in Phek district. ‘Social transformation through education' will be the theme. Deo Nukhu, Adviser, Higher Education & NBHM, Government of Nagaland will attend the conference as guest of honour. Dr. Zavise Rume, Associate Professor, SCERT Nagaland and president, Nagaland Education Association and Thebi Joseph Shupao, Assistant Professor, SIEMAT, SCERT Nagaland will be the resource persons. They will speak on ‘Innovative teaching and joyful learning’ and ‘Improving teacher’s morale with team building’ respectively. All the principals, head teachers, teacher in-charge and teachers of government and private schools, all the VEC chairmen/SMC in Razeba range have been requested to attend the conference.
