KMC on renewal of trade license

Kohima, October 8 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) requested all business establishments/institutions within Kohima municipality to renew their trade license on or before October 30. Trade license inspection shall be conducted from November 1. Defaulters will be imposed a fine Rs. 2000 as penalty along with other normal charges and late fine as applicable.

KDTODU meeting resolves 

Kohima, October 8 (MExN): The Kohima District Truck Owners & Driver Union (KDTODU) has conducted a joint meeting on October 6 at Lalmati. The meeting resolved to have own home district I/Card of the union for safety and security its members. The meeting formed a coordination committee to address the grievances and solve the problem of its members as and when it arises. It was resolved unanimously by the unit of Dimapur, Kohima, Senapati, Karbi Anglong, Golaghat and Imphal. Later, the meeting formed a Coordination Committee under the banner of North East Federation of Trade Union (NEFTU) for greater interest of the workers.

Kohima, October 8 (MExN): Principal Director, Treasuries & Accounts in an order informed that Vitsulie Motonyu, Joint Director under the Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts-Nagaland, Kohima has been nominated as Nodal Officer for attending all the Departments Audit matters.
