
Mon town to be declared ODF+
Mon, April 11 (MExN): ADC Mon & Administrator Mon Town Council (MTC), Y. Chingyak Konyak issued a notification stating that with all wards under its jurisdiction have been declared Open Defecation Free since 2017, MTC would also soon be declared ODF+. Therefore, any objections or claims to be made by any individual/group may approach the MTC Office during office hours within 15 days from the publication of the notice.
FTII to conduct training in Kohima
Kohima, April 11 (MExN): Film and Training Institute of India (FTII) will be conducting a free-of-cost training on basic course in screenplay writing for ST participants residing in Nagaland from April 18 to 29 (10 days) at the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, Kohima. The participant should belong to Scheduled Tribe and should be 18 years and above. There will be no course fee. However, participants are required to pay Rs 500 at the time of registration. Interested candidates may send their details with their ST Certificate to iprnagaland@gmail.com or contact 8861160084. The last date of submission April 16. Certificates will be issued by the FTII upon successful completion of the course. No TA and DA will be provided.
Directorate of Municipal Affairs shifted
Kohima, April 11 (MExN): Addl. Director &HoD, Directorate of Municipal Affairs, Nagaland, A. ChenithungLotha has informed that the Directorate of Municipal Affairs, Nagaland has been shifted to a new location, adjacent to the Directorate of Urban Development, Nagaland, New Capital Complex Area, with effect from 11.04.2022.
