
ADC Peren informs on trade licence
Peren, March 15 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commissioner & Administrator, Peren Town Council, Vekhoyi Chakhesang informed all the concerned business establishments that trade licences and permits for the establishment of any business and renewal of trade licenses within Peren town can be obtained from the ADC's Office on or before March 31. He also informed that failure to renew within the given time period would result in penalisation of the defaulters as per the appropriate section of the law.
Pfutsero to discuss ULBs election
Pfutsero, March 15 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero, Japheth Woch has informed all the concerned that there will be a co-ordination meeting on March 21, 11 am in the Conference Hall of the ADC, Pfutsero to discuss on the conduct of the upcoming ULB election and any other concern of the department in the sub-division. All Head of Offices have been requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting without fail.
Reverse Osmosis Association informs
Dimapur, March 15 (MExN): All the plant owners and suppliers of Reverse Osmosis Association (ROA) have been requested to attend meeting ‘tentatively’ on March 18 at Hotel Saramati at 5:00 pm failing on which the registration of plant owners and suppliers will be cancelled. ROA President, K Hukuto Khulu and Secretary, A Polongnok Lkr in a press release also informed all the owners to submit their latest updated water testing report by March 18.
1 Naga Girls Bn NCC of Sazolie College visits KODH
Jotsoma, March 15 (MExN): The 1 Naga Girls Bn NCC of Sazolie College, Jotsoma visited the Kohima Orphanage and Destitute Home (KODH) as part of Social Service and Community Development Activity on March 14. The team comprised of all the staff members, Subedar Major Sanjay Kumar,15 cadets and ANO Aphrenuo Peinyu, stated a press release received here. K Zaputuo-u, daughter of late Zaputou-ü Angami, briefed on the working of the Orphanage Home with around 60 occupants currently, and how they carry out their social works and projects and other outreach programmes. Subedar Major Sanjay Kumar encouraged the children to be active in doing their activities and build interest and come forward to join NCC. The team contributed rice bags, dal, flour, cooking oil, washing soaps, and bathing soaps.
Motivational lecture for youth to join army held
Peren, March 15 (MExN): Jalukie Battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N) organised awareness cum motivational lecture for youth to join Indian Army/Assam Rifles in Peren Government College (PGC) on March 15. HQ IGAR (N) in a press release stated that the lecture covered various aspects like defence forces as a career choice for men and women, different types of entries, career progression in defence forces, advantages of a career in security forces over other career opportunities, eligibility conditions for various entries and upcoming recruitment schemes. A total of 45 students of PGC attended the lecture, HQ IGAR (N) stated.
