
JD(U) team to arrive Nagaland
Wokha, October 3 (MExN): In view of the Janata Dal (United) chief and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar scheduled visit to Nagaland on October 11, a host of JD (U) cabinet minister from Bihar and Member of Parliament will be arriving Dimapur on October 7 and 8 to oversee the arrangements. A press release received here stated that Minister of Rural Development, Govt of Bihar, Sharvan Kumar; MP, Kaushlendra Kumar; MP, National general secretary JD (IU), Ramprit Mandal and MP Sunil Kumar Pintu will be arriving on October 7 and ex MP, National General Secretary JD(U), Dhananjay Singh and minister of Minority Welfare, Govt of Bihar, Md. Zama Khan on October 8.
GPRN/NSCN to hosts National Revival Crusade
Dimapur, October 3 (MExN): The GPRN/NSCN has informed that a three-day National Revival Crusade under the theme ‘Heal Our Nation’ will be held at Council Headquarters (CHQ) Church, Naga Unification Camp, Khehoyi from October 7 to 9. A press release issued by the MIP, GPRN/NSCN stated that it is convened by Huvito Yepthomi, Speaker, NTH and Convener, Organising Committee, National Revival Crusade informs that the Council of Nagaland Churches (CNC), GPRN/NSCN. The organising committee has invited every members of GPRN/NSCN from the Civil set up and Naga Army to attend the programme with “humble submission for the cause of the Naga nation and to receive benevolent blessing from the Almighty God.”
AZSU (AMN) new team
Kohima, October 3 (MExN): The All Zeliangrong Students’ Union (AMN) for the tenure 2022-2025 will be headed by D Stephen Zeme as President. Other office bearers include; Vice-President- Edward Nring, General Secretary-Haiheube Kaume, Assistant General Secretary-Ireibam Pame, Finance Secretary-Micah Kamei, Public Relation Secretary- K Patrick Zeme, Games & Sports Secretary- Happyson Zeliang and Education Secretary- James Pame. The new team was announced during the 24th General Conference 2022 of AZSU (AMN) held recently.
