NPCC mourns demise of Vizonyü Theünuo
Dimapur, October 6 (MExN): NPCC President, K Therie has expressed shock on the passing away of Vizonyü Theünuo, former Director, Department of Soil Conservation, Government of Nagaland and elder brother of Khriedi Theünuo, Working President, NPCC. In a press note, Therie said that Vizonyü Theünuo was an exemplary officer with an excellent track record in service to the people. “His passing away is an irreparable loss not only to the bereaved family members but also to the Angami community in particular and the Nagas in general. His contributions to Naga society will be long remembered for generations to come,” he stated in his condolence.

Dimapur, October 6 (MExN): Rh Raising, Member of Collective Leadership cum care-taker of Ministry of Kilo (Home) Affairs of NSCN (IM) has expressed shock and despair at the demise of Khekiye Shikhu, Deputy KiIonser, GPRN, from Hovukhu village under UT Region on October 6 after prolonged illness. He joined the Naga national service with full commitment and served the nation with unwavering patriotism until his demise. He was a man of strong character and determination, who served the nation in various capacities with due sincerity and faithfulness. The Nation shall at all times bear in mind his incalculable service, Raising stated in a press release. “I, on behalf of the GPRN convey our deepest condolences to the bereaved family and pray that Almighty God bless solace in time of their mourning,” he stated.
