DC Kohima notifies on sealed areas
Kohima, September 21 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie NCS has notified that in view of the detection of COVID-19 positive person residing at the following locations viz. High School colony, Lerie colony, Lower AG colony and T Khel, Kohima village, a house each has been demarcated as Sealed Area in order to contain the spread of the disease/infection and for necessary contact tracing. All movement of person/vehicles within the defined Sealed Area is strictly restricted/prohibited and under active surveillance with effect from the Date of sealing.
DC Mon notifies
Mon, September 21 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Mon has invited applications from interested parties or individuals to run the Office Canteen at DC office complex Mon. The contract will initially be signed for a trial period of Six (6) months subject to extension based on performance. Interested applicants may submit applications along with resume contact details and tentative menu/price rate to the Office of the DC (Stationary Branch) on or before October 5.
DoSE to launch progs on Sept 23
Kohima, September 21 (MExN): The Department of School Education (DoSE) will be launching the Online Teacher Transfer Portal, Teachers Mobile application and Child Protection Policy for Schools programmes at the Secretariat Conference Hall at 11:00 am on September 23. Advisor for School Education, Nagaland, KT Sukhalu, IAS Retd will grace the programme. In view of this, the following Officers have been requested to attend the programme: Special Secretary, School Education Department; Commissioner & Secretary, Social Welfare Department; Principal Director, School Education; Director, School Education; Director, SCERT; Chairman, NBSE; and Representatives Childline Nagaland.
Rovilatuo Mor nominated to Delimitation Commission
Kohima, September 21 (MExN): In terms of Section 3 (ii) of the Delimitation Act, 2002 (33 of 2002), and in supersession of the earlier Notification of even number dated 18th June, 2020; the Government of Nagaland has nominated Rovilatuo Mor, Commissioner, Nagaland to serve as a Member of the Delimitation Commission in respect to Nagaland State, with effect from the date of this Notification till the process of delimitation in respect of Nagaland State in terms of the Delimitation Act, 2002, is completed.
