He also gave away the prizes to the winners at the end of the competition. In line with the Seva Pakhwada (a fortnight of service), launched by BJP from September 17, Prime Minister Narendra  Modi's 72nd birthday, till October 2, Gandhi Jayanti, the BJP, 1 Dimapur-I Mandal karyakartas organised a blood donation camp in District Hospital, Dimapur on September 23. The blood donors were spearheaded by MLA and Advisor, H Tovihoto Ayemi who was the first to donate blood during the day.

A one-day orientation for Mission Parivaar Vikas was conducted for DCM, BAC and BPM in the presence of Dr Obangjungla CMO, Longleng at CMO conference hall on September 23. The resource persons were Dr Imnameren Phom DIO (RCH/UIP) and Viroli Sangtam District Program Manager (NHM). The participants were oriented on the family planning demand generation and how to mobilize the beneficiary so the beneficiary could have better access to family planning methods and to increase more methods for planning methods. Based on “numerous complaints” received from residents, Chümoukedima Town Youth Organisation (CTYO) conducted a surprise checking and seized a huge quantity of expired food items, dairy products, household items etc from shops in Chümoukedima Town on September 20. The defaulters were penalized with strong warning not to repeat such action in future. CTYO will conduct such checking in future and urge all concerned shopkeepers to make sure their inventory are clear of expired goods at all times. The seized goods were later destroyed. Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima current event and literary clubs organized open extempore debate competition on September 23. All the participants spoke very well about different current topics in our society and also a panel of judges observed their organizational skills, confidence, and time management from the participants. After all the discussions, the results were announced by the panel of judges. Prize Distribution and certificates were issued by the teacher educators to the winners. After the open extempore debate competition, a food fest was conducted, and the programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Ruyangulie Seyie. 

The Senayangba Government Higher Secondary School, Ungma conducted a one-day career guidance programme under the Light House Project (NECTAR) with Sentilong Ozukum SDO (Civil), Mokokchung as the resource person on September 23. To mark the World Alzheimer's Day, the Department of Psychology and Counseling, Joseph University conducted an outreach programme at Open Doors, Chümoukedima on September 23. A team comprising of 15 PG III Semester students along with two faculties visited the site.
