hek Government College, in collaboration with Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services, Phek, organised an orientation programme and fire safety demonstration at the college on July 17. The programme was coordinated by Disaster Management Committee Convenor Ronald Difoe, Assistant Professor, along with IQAC Coordinator Dr Levinu Sakhrie and Assistant Professor Victor Vero. The orientation was conducted by Tsuchutu Joe, ASI, Phek, followed by a fire safety demonstration by the team. Hands-on training was also provided to BA and BSc first-semester students on fire safety measures and challenges faced during fire emergencies.
