Unity College of Teacher Education (UCTE), Dimapur celebrated International Women’s Day at UCTE, seminar hall on March 7 with Kilentola Jamir, Holistic Counsellor and Facilitator as resource person. The programme was chaired by Tsuktilila Jamir (2nd Semester) and started with prayer by Zuthunglo Patton (2nd Semester). A visual display on the theme ‘Digit All: Innovations of Technology’ was presented by four groups of Student-Teachers of B.Ed. 2nd Semester. Dr Akala Longkumer delivered the Principal Note followed by reflections by the resource person.

KVK Peren celebrated International Women’s Day by organising one day training on Oyster Mushroom Cultivation at Jalukieram village on March 7 with Z James Kikon as the resource person.  Altogether 27 farm women attended the programme.
