The Purana Bazar Sümi Baptist Church East Dimapur held local revival hour with Rev Kahuto Jimo and Kaholi Yeptho as guest speakers from April 1 to 3. It was attended by more than thousand church members. The revival also witnessed special songs from the Mariam Lejo, Kikimiye Sutsa, Harvest Voice, Gabriel Sutsa, Lokivi Sutsa, Church Choir, and Purana Bazar Sümi Baptist Church East Dimapur. 

 
Pranabananda Women’s College (PWC), Dimapur, celebrated its annual cultural day with the theme ‘Share our similarities, Celebrate our Differences’ in the College Campus on April 7. PWC, Principal, Dr Santosh Kumar in his speech emphasized on the ‘need to recognize our similarities as humans before focusing on our differences.’ In the folk dance competition, seven groups participated and presented dance of seven cultural communities. The Rengma Cultural troupe (BA 6th Semester Section B) emerged as the winner, followed by Kuki Cultural troupe (BA 4th Semester, sec A) and Bihu Cultural troupe (B.Com) as first and second runners up respectively. Another important part of the day was the display of traditional attires of different communities. 

 
With the term of the last Executive Secretary Kuki Baptist Association Nagaland (KBAN) coming to an end, a brief installation service of the new Executive Secretary, Rev David Vaiphei was held at Mission Centre Chapel Hall, KBAN Khaibung on April 5. The installation was ministered by Rev Janglam and moderated by KBAN, President Seilun Singson. The 4th Inter-Departmental Football Tournament under Changtongya Sub-Division Mokokchung, organized by Sub-Division Departmental Co-ordination Forum (SDDCF) commenced at Local Ground Changtongya on April 6. At the opening function, ADC Tuli Shaying Sheu urged the organizing committee to include women's games too in the next tournament. The tournament will conclude on April 9. (DIPR Photo) 

 
The DTCC Mokokchung under National Tobacco Control Programme (NTCP) along with law enforcers from PS-1 Mokokchung carried out enforcement activity on April 7.
