The Dimapur Phom Union (DPU) conducted 2nd cleanliness drive from Hotel Tragopan junction till Metro Hospital area on December 20. DPU General Secretary, H Philip Buchem informed that the union also put up 36 retro reflective sign board at the road dividers for creating awareness on cleanliness and safe driving.
