In commemoration of World Environment Day and commitment towards cleanliness, the Namgalong Colony Council, Ward - 5, Burma Camp, Dimapur conducted a social work and repairing of potholes road in colony and towards power house road on June 4.


A dental chair was installed and officially dedicated by Rev Dr Kuzhopoyo Tunyi, Pastor, CMCC Pfutsero on June 3 at the Community  Health Centre (CHC) Pfutsero in the presence of Medical Doctors, Nurses and other staff of CHC Pfutsero. The equipment was given by the National Oral Health Program (NOHP) NHM. A brief introduction of the program was delivered by Dr Ketoukhrie Mehta, Dental Surgeon, CHC Pfutsero.


Kohima College commemorated World Environment Day on June 3 with Rakjumar M, IFS, DFO Kohima as the resource person.


The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN) in collaboration with SBI as the knowledge partner conducted workshop on financial literacy programme on May 30 at SBI Regional Office Conference Hall at Dimapur and following up with the same at Jalukie on June 1. Aligning with WENN’s 2023 theme ‘ Financial literacy’, these are one of the first in a series of workshops which will be held in 8 districts across Nagaland in 2023 focusing on empowering women by equipping them with financial knowledge that are crucial for success in the rapidly growing entrepreneurial landscape.
