Considering Clean Election Movement (CEM) as a social responsibility of the church, the NBCC launched a poster campaign with the theme, ‘Doing right in the sight of God and People’ (2nd Cor. 8:22) on March 2 at the NBCC office Kohima. The motive behind this movement is to conscientize people that CEMis to engage believers in clean and honest politics, stated a press note.  The poster campaign was launched by Dr Zelhou Keyho, General Secretary, NBCC and a prayer of dedication lead by Mosa Tsang, Pastor, Pochury Baptist Church, Kohima.

Under Beti Bachao Beti Pahdao (BBBP), the Wokha District Administration and District Level Centre for Women-Mahila Shakti Kendra organized a blessing programme at DBHSS youth centre Wokha on March 3. Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Orenthung Lotha, while addressing the students, said educating them is empowering them to become good and responsible citizens. Women Secretary, Lotha Baptist Churches Association (LBCA) Wokha, L Meribeni Ngullie offered blessing prayers for the students.
