Members of Dimabang Halali Hosom (Society) Dimapur observed the 5th Foundation Day at Bamunpukhuri-2 village on September 1.
Two weeks long free cooking and baking training organised by Green Club Zunheboto concluded today with Debendra, President,ARWWA, 5 Assam Rifles as special guest. Debendra exhorted the trainees and encouraged them to work hard and make use of the training imparted to them for self sustenance. The training was organised by Green Club Zunheboto and sponsored by 5 Assam Rifles, Zunheboto, a release from Tavinto K. Sumi, President, Green Club Zunheboto informed.
Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services led by Dr Joseph M Angami, Dy CVO, Kohima, Dr Gwathonlo Tsela, VAS, Tseminyu and staffs of SDVO Tseminyu conducted an awareness camp under ASCAD 2017-18 at K Station under Chunlikha Block on September 1. During the camp, preventive measures for control of economically important diseases in livestock and poultry were deliberated to the farmers of the village. The session deliberated on the socio-economic upliftment of the rural people through animal husbandry and veterinary services.
