In a minor fire accident, the kitchen belonging to the caretaker of the BJP Mokokchung office located at IM Road, Arkong Ward was partially damaged which was brought under control after timely intervention of the personnel of Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services. The fire, cause of which could not be ascertained, broke out at around 5:00 PM according to onlookers. The kitchen was located adjacent to the BJP Mokokchung office.
