The United Baptist Churches Association (NEI) conducted Annual Father's Camp from April 13 to 15 at Hokhezhe Rubber Farm. The camp was successfully held under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Phughoto Aye, speakers and counsellors Rev. Ghoheto Zhimomi, Majat Abonmai and Hovini and camp in-charge Rev. Hevuto Awomi. Fathers from different churches under UBCA-NEI attended the 3-day camp and were abundantly blessed spiritually. [caption id="attachment_354927" align="aligncenter" width="800"] The new school building of Shalom Public School at Kikhruruzha Colony, Chumukedima was inaugurated by Rev. I Zulu Jamir, pastor, Chumukedima Ao Baptist Church on April 13. Shalom Public School, an Xseed based curriculum school, was established in the year 2013 under the motto ‘learning and leadership’. T. Mayang, AO II, BTT convener, spoke on integrated pest management and how the farmers can use the knowledge to improve their crop production. ATM Lipoktila explained the importance, benefits, activities and steps on organization of Farmers Interest Group (FIG). The field day was attended by 15 farmers, farmer friend of Mongsenyimti village, BTT Convener and ATMA functionaries.
