Nagaland: Retired govt officials notified on pension and GPF cases 

Kohima, January 18 (MExN): All retired State government officials are informed that pension cases and GPF final payment cases settled for December 2020 have been uploaded in the PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.

Pensioners may log in to www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking at GPF final payment settled cases and pension authorization at home page.

The office of office of the Accountant General, Nagaland has requested the aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. 

They may also contact the grievance redressal and feedback committee, the AG office informed in a press release. 
All State government officials are informed that ‘grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions’ has been constituted.

The committee constitutes of Joseph KA, Sr Accounts Officer, (9436216580 agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for pension related matters); Arup Roy, Sr Accounts Officer (9436601437 agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for Gazetted Entitlement related matters); and Akum Chuba, Sr Accounts Officer (9436005112 agaenagaland@cag.gov.in (for GPF related matters)

Meanwhile, all heads of the departments are requested to provide mobile number of retirees in their pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS service regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.
