The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (CWS) or Chang Students' Conference today locked the Sao Chang College campus as part of the agitation demanding proper facilities and addressing the shortage of teaching and non teaching faculty at the college. While the CWS informed that they have received a reply from the directorate on their charter of demands, the response has not been satisfactory.
