Nagaland SCPwD visits ‘Angel Home’

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 10 (MExN): State Commissioner for Persons with Disability, Nagaland (SCPwD), Diethono Nakhro visited ‘Angel Home,’ a centre for Persons with Disabilities in Dimapur.  

Sister Ishpriya, the Provincial of FSMA Jaipur Province welcomed her with a stall and Sister Tejohonu with a bouquet of flower. The other members—Sisters Aruna, Pratima, Sunita, Gloria, Mhalesenu and children were present for the same.
Sister Mhalesenu (special teacher) of the centre greeted Nakhro with words of welcome followed by a short cultural program by the children at Angel Home. Sister Aruna, the in- charge of the centre presented the vision, aim, and activity of the centre run for children with disabilities. 
The members of Angel Home had a long discussion with her about their dreams and the future plan for the centre. Nakhro reportedly assured to collaborate and extend her help in every possible way to bring up the centre as it is in its initial stage. 
Sister Ishpriya thanked the Commissioner for making herself available to visit the centre. The members wished her all the best and promised to collaborate with her in her mission. Later, the participants shared a ‘fellowship meal.’
