Nagaland to start child enrolment helpline

Nagaland School education principal director Shanavas C today announced that the Directorate of School Education is starting a child enrolment helpline where a concerned citizen can send information about any child in the state who is deprived of school education.

Informing this during the state level teachers’ day celebration here at NBCC Convention Hall Kohima on September 5, Shanavas said  that the concerned citizen can send the details of the deprived child through an SMS or WhatsApp at the number: 6009256788.

This can help them reach out and help children, especially those living in the remote area, he added.
