The Nagaland Taekwondo team participated at the 64th National School Games

The Nagaland Taekwondo team participated at the 64th National School Games (under 14 years) from November 26 to 30 at Imphal, Manipur. The following players secured medals at the tournament: Lensethong Tikhir, (under 18 kg) - Gold medal; Tenloi phom, (under 29 kg)- Gold medal; and Lungsamyibo Hegwang (under 23 kg)- Bronze medal. All the players are from Taekwondo Sports Academy, Dimapur. 29 states participated in the 64th National School Games. The Nagaland Taekwondo Boys team also secured overall team runners-up while Manipur was declared team champion.
