DIMAPUR, APRIL 2 (MExN): The Commissioner of Police Dimapur has extended the total restriction of movement for public and vehicles in Dimapur, which started on April 1, has been extended till midnight of April 5.
All shops, commercial and private establishments are to remain closed. However, movement of police, army, para-military forces, magistrates/district administration, doctors, medical staff, pharmacists, media, DMC & sanitation, treasury, banks, Power, PHED, FCI, Food & Civil Supplies, Airport/Railways, Telecom and private Internet Service Providers on duty are exempt.
The Deputy Commissioner, in a complementary order, has also directed the closure of all commercial establishments and private establishments, except certain essential services as included in the CP’s order.
