Nagaland: YR&S official visits Combined Annual Training Camp

Kohima, June 24 (MExN): The Advisor of Youth Resources and Sports (YR&S), S Keoshu Yimkhiung along with Wezope Kenye, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Youth Resources and Sports, Parliamentary Affairs and Kevisevolie Sekhose, Director, DYRS visited the ongoing Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-29) being conducted by 1 Nagaland Girls Batallion NCC, under the aegis of NCC Group Kohima, at Sazolie College, Jotsoma on June 24. 

The advisor interacted with the Instructor Staff and meritorious cadets of NCC Group, Kohima, stated a press release issued by PRO (Defence), Kohima & Imphal.

The Officials were given a tour around the camp site and shown the training imparted to the cadets during the camp. The guests experienced the firing at simulator and at the shooting range. 

While interacting with the cadets, selected to represent Kohima Group in the upcoming Inter Group Drill Competition at Assam Rifles Public School, Shillong the advisor praised the efforts and motivated the cadets to do well.
