Dimapur, August 9 (MExN): The Nagas on Wheels (NOW), a cycling club in collaboration with the Naga United Village Baptist Church Youth Department, was officially opened on August 8.
A press release stated here that the event was graced by Zhokhoi Chüzho, President, Rising Youth, as the guest of honour along with his colleagues, and Pastor of Naga United Village Baptist Church, Kühüsheyi Chotso.
Also speaking during the occasion, Joel Naga said that RPP is not just a political party but a movement striving for the ideology of clean politics, a movement to walk the talk.
The programme was moderated by Zapoto Venyo and the inaugural prayer was offered by Kühüsheyi Chotso. Visakholie Dozo, President of NOW, explained about the club, with the etiquettes and rules of the club read out by Ralü Keyho.
Nagas on Wheels aims to grow together in Christ while promoting a healthier lifestyle through Cycling and fellowship. The club’s objective also includes promoting interest in cycling in order to reduce the use of fuel-burning vehicles to in order protect the environment,’ the release added.
