Tening, July 3 (MExN): Advisor for Water Resources, Namri Nchang, legislator incharge of Peren district for COVID-19, convened a meeting at GHS Auditorium, Tening on July 3.
Addressing the meeting, a DIPR report stated that he advised the people to be vigilant in the fight against the virus stating that the present situation in the district is a high risk situation. He appealed to the people to join together and strengthen the SOPs, to follow rules strictly and not to panic. He assured to provide the best facilities available to fight against COVID-19.
The MLA visited the COVID control room at Jalukie, met the medical teams headed by CMO and the frontline workers.
Rhosietho Nguori, Additional Deputy Commissioner highlighted on the overall situation of Tening sub-division. The meeting was attended by Tening Sub-Divisional Task Force, government officials, GBs, Pastors including public leaders.
