Kohima, February 10 (MExN): A three-day long 47th Biennial General Conference of the Northern Angami Students’ Union (NASU) began at Zhadima village on February 10.
Hosted by Zhadima Students’ Union (ZSU), the introductory session was graced by State Programme officer, National AYUSH Mission, Dr Seyiekhrietuo John Zhale as the special guest, stated a press release received here.
Addressing the gathering, he urged students to be humble and truthful in every little way, saying that it will go a long way. Zhale encouraged the students to be united irrespective of their backgrounds.
The session was chaired by Atouzo Kerhüo, invocation by Khriekesa Miario, Sr Pastor CRC Zhadima, introduction by Viketoulie Khrodi, and welcome address by Kevingulie Soliezuo, President, ZSU.
Greeting was conveyed by Vizosielie Khoubve, Convenor of the Local Organizing Committee. Asonuo Mezhatsu presented a special number, while Pelesielie Khro, Assistant General Secretary NASU, gave a report of the Union.
