Winner-Bright Morning Star Children Home, Kohima
Kohima, August 26 (MExN): In celebration of 75th year of Indian Independence Day and in observation of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav', the State Child Protection Society (SCPS), Department of Social Welfare Nagaland organized National Anthem Singing Competition recently.
Altogether, 29 Child Care Institutions (CCIs) participated in this competition.
Bright Morning Star Children Home, Kohima adjudged as the winner.
Shalom Children Home, Kiphire District and Christian Servanthood Ministry, Peren District bagged second and third position respectively.
Meanwhile, BMSCH Kohima superintendent Alenuo thanked the social welfare department for the wonderful initiative, adding that CCIs are grateful for such opportunities which not only given the children a platform to showcase their talents but also motivated the caregiver to keep doing for humanity.
