Dimapur, November 17 (MExN): BJP national general secretary (org) Ramlal is in Nagaland for a three-day visit to oversee overall activities of the party for forthcoming general election. He interacted with different cells & department convenors and co-convenors here at Hotel Saramati on November 17.
According to a press release from Media Cell, BJP Nagaland State, Ramlal told the gathering that BJP’s top priority is to deliver development to the people irrespective of tribes, religions and community etc.
He also reminded the party workers that the party has accommodated Alphons Joseph as Union Minister from Rajya Sabha representing Rajasthan where Christian population is only 0.4 % of total population. “It indicates that Christian minority are given more priority by BJP government,” the BJP leader claimed.
He further stated that Prime Minister Modi’s “pro poor” policies have brought victories in many states. “Pro poor welfare schemes benefit entire farmers population in the BJP ruled state where development reaches the masses and they realise that the real development can be delivered only through BJP government,” Ramlal added.
The national general secretary (org) is accompanied by Ajay Jamwal, general secretary (org) North East in-charge.
