Dimapur, February 20 (MExN): The BSCT and Diphupar CC today entered into the semifinals of the ongoing 1st Champions Trophy T-20 Cricket Tournament after winning their respective matches at the Local Ground Chümoukedima Town.
In the first match of the day, BSCT defeated Dhansari CC by 6 wickets.
Opting to bat first, Dhansari set a target of 89 runs which the BSCT reached in 6.1 overs losing 4 wickets. For his 4 wickets haul, Gopi was declared man of the match.
Playing the last quarter-final of the tourney, Diphupar CC knocked Whiskers CC by 8 wickets.
Chasing a target of 106 runs, Diphupar took 12 overs to reach the target losing 2 wickets.
Bidemo was adjudged man of the match for scoring 57 runs and taking 2 wickets.
The T-20 Cricket Tournament is being oganised by Nagamese Baptist Fellowship (NBF) Sports Ministry Chumukedima Village.
