NBSE to conduct Class 8 & 9 Phase-I Exam ‘tentatively’ from October 25

Kohima, October 7 (MExN): Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has notified all registered institutions of the Board that based on the revised assessment scheme for the conduct of Class 8 Examination 2021, (for Government schools only) and Class 9 Final Examination 2021, the Board will conduct Phase-I Examination “tentatively” from October 25 in offline mode. 

The detailed routine will be notified by the Board at a later date, the Board informed through a DIPR report. 

All private schools will also follow the new assessment pattern and conduct the Class 8 examination with the same routine.
The blueprint of the question paper for all the subjects of Class 8 and Class 9 are given in the annexure. Therefore, all the Heads of Registered Institutions of the Board are informed to note the blueprint of different subjects for Phase-I Examination for Class-VIII and Class-IX Final Examination 2021 and instruct the teachers to follow the blueprint for each subject as given in the annexure which is made available in the Board’s portal (www.nbsenl.edu.in)

The Heads of registered institutions have been requested to inform the subject teachers about the blueprint of the question papers. Teachers must guide the students with the types of questions expected from different units/topics/chapters as given in the blueprint. Students must be made aware of the blueprint of different subjects so that they can perform well in the examination, it stated.
