Dimapur, September 1 (MExN): The Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has mourned the demise of its former Vice President L Chingko Phom who passed away on September 1 at his residence in Signal Phom Colony, Dimapur. Remembering the formed VP as “a leader who was actively involved in the activities of Naga Council, contributing to harmony and goodwill in Dimapur and Nagas in general,” the NCD, in a press release, expressed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
