NCP willing to be part of DAN

Dimapur, March 1 (MExN): The four newly elected NPC MLAs have expressed willingness to be part of the DAN coalition government in the state. This was expressed today in a NCP Parliamentary Party Meeting of the elected MLAs which took place at the private residence of Dr. TM Lotha at Kohima. Dr. TM Lotha, who won from 38 Wokha Assembly Constituency (AC), will now head the Nationalist Congress Party in the Assembly. Dr. Lotha was elected as the NCP parliamentary leader on March 1. A press release, received here, stated that Dr. Lotha was unanimously elected as the leader in a meeting held in Kohima on Friday. The meeting had in attendance, the other three newly elected NCP MLAs -  Mmhonlumo Kikon from 40 Bhandari AC, A. Imtilemba Sangtam from 52 Longkhim-Chare AC and L. Khumo Khiamniungam from 57 Thonoknyu AC, the release stated.
