Kohima, November 17 (MExN): The valedictory function of NCS Probationers 2015 batch was held in the Administrative Training Institute, Nagaland on November 17.
A press note received here stated that L. Youdang Jamir, Additional Director (Training) who chaired the programme welcomed all the NCS officers and staff of ATI and said that the one year intensive training of the NCS probationers and completion is a mark of success and a proud moment for the Institute.
Dr. Hovithal Sothu, Course Coordinator for NCS Programs gave a brief report of the one year training programme of NCS. Voluntary speeches were given by officers followed by a special number from Yithachu Thur and Tshelhiu. R. Asenla Keitzar, IAS Director, ATI gave a brief exhortation of her experiences as an administrator.
Concluding remarks was given by Kevekha Kevin Zehol, NCS and Course Director of NCS Probationers.
