Giant automobile company Maruti Suzuki on Tuesday launched its “New Age” Baleno in the commercial hub Dimapur at Nexa showroom.
President of Business Association of Nagaland (BAN) Mongkum Jamir unveiled the new Baleno version.
The New Age Baleno is equipped with 20plus safety features like six airbags (driver, co-driver, side and curtain) Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with hill hold assist, ABS with EDB, high speed alert system etc. It is equipped with the advanced K-series dual jet, dual VVT engine, offers 113NM@4400rpm torque and peak power of 66Kw@6000rpm,etc. It will be available in an array of six colors, featuring the New Nexa blue long with four other new exciting shades such as Opulent Red, grandeur grey, Luxe beige, splendid sliver and arctic white.
Congratulating Maruti Suzuki team in Dimapur for launching the new vehicle, Jamir said Nagaland is a friendly destination for business as proven by the fact that almost 90 percent of the business and trade in the state is run by people from outside the state. Jamir at the same time underscored on the need for traders and businessmen to be ethical in their dealings and not to take advantage of local people.
The launching programme was attended by other BAN members, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, territory sales manager Ankit Shah, CEO Ameto Peseyie and chairman TK Angami.
