Dimapur, September 1 (MExN): The Sub-Divisional Officer, Electrical Sub-division No. 1, Dimapur has informed that New Market area and parts of Church Road Dimapur will continue to face issues with power supply for some days. It may be mentioned here that a 500 KVA 11/0.4 KV located inside New Market caught fire on August 30. In a press release, the SDO informed that the location of the said Sub-station is not viable as there is no vehicle approach road for transportation and maintenance work. “In the event of relocating and re-constructing new sub-station, the restoration of power will take some days,” the SDO informed and requested consumers to bear the inconveniences.
