Free heart screening in Mokokchung, Kohima
Mokokchung, May 31 (MExN): National Health Mission (NHM) in collaboration with Shija Hospitals, Imphal is organising a free heart screening at Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital (IMDH), Mokokchung on June 9. NHM will also conduct a free heart screening at Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) on June 12 in collaboration with SKY Hospital and Research Centre, Imphal. In this regard, the Mission Director of NHM has requested all concerned citizens to avail the opportunity, informed a press release from Dr. Khriesi Sachu, Deputy Director, DH&FW. The release also informed that children within the age group of 0-18 years of age detected with heart diseases will be provided free treatment and management at Shija Hospitals and Research Institute, Imphal and SKY Hospital and Research Centre, Imphal.
Notice to NSEE candidates
Kohima, May 31 (DIPR): Project Director, Technical Education has informed all the candidates who have appeared Nagaland State Entrance Examination (NSEE) 2018 and have not submitted their HSSLC mark sheets, Indigenous, Scheduled Tribe and Backward Tribe certificates to submit the same to the Directorate of Technical Education on or before June 5.
Common induction prog at ATI
Kohima, May 31 (DIPR): The inaugural function of Common Induction Programme of IAS, IPS & Allied Services (2017 Batch) and BCS, NPS & Allied services (2018 Batch) will be held on June 1 at 12:00 noon at the Multipurpose Hall, ATI. The inaugural function will be chaired by Additional Director (Admn) ATI, Kevekha Kevin Zehol, NCS, while welcome address will be delivered by Director, ATI, R. Asenla Keitzar, IAS. Speeches will be given by Commissioner & Secretary P&AR, Abhishek Singh, IAS, and Director General, ATI, D. Bhalla, IAS.

Peren, May 31 (MExN): Zeme Theological Association (NEI) has informed all the Zeme book readers that the association recently released systematic theology in Zeme Naga. The book is available at ZBA office in Jalukie Town as well as with pastors Angang Pame and Kebau Riame. A press release from Kebau Riame, Education Secretary, ZTANEI further informed that bible dictionary in Zeme is also still available at the same place.
ANCSU welcomes timely results declaration
Dimapur, May 31 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has commended the Nagaland University Controller of Examinations and the Exam section for successfully conducting the Undergraduate Exams and timely declaration of Undergraduate course semester examinations results 2018. ANCSU President, Katho P Awomi and Assistant General Secretary, Imnameren N Jamir in a press release said that the efforts made by the University and the exam section were appreciated.
BSUP flats beneficiaries informed
Kohima, May 31 (MExN): All the beneficiaries of BSUP flats at K Badze, Kohima who have paid the advance to occupy the allotted flats and also the balance amount have been directed to contact the in-charge Kekhriengulie Angami in the Directorate of Municipal Affairs located below AG office in AG colony, Kohima during office hour from June 1. Other beneficiaries selected for Meriema and Ruziezou locations will be informed through media in due course of time, Dr Toshimanen Ozukum, Head of the Department, Municipal Affairs said in a press release.
